We will respond to all emails as soon as possible.

How long before I can receive my order?

International orders will be delivered between 4-21 buisnessdays. Please take in mind that during holidays that the time may vary.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept online payments with Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal.

Can I change my order once it is placed?

It may be possible, please reach out as soon as possible you placed your order. Contact our support contact.amoremie@gmail.com 

My items arrived damaged, what should I do?

Please contact us immediately, within 48 hours of receiving the order, at contact.amoremie@gmail.comPlease send pictures of the damaged product, your receipt and your ordering number. Our team will contact you, to help you out.  

I received incorrect item/s what should I do?

Please contact contact.amoremie@gmail.com as soon as possible, so our support team can take a look into your order and they will reach out to you, to help you out.

I received my item, I want to change it. Is it possible?

The fastest way is to contact our customerservice: contact.amoremie@gmail.com. Items send back without first requesting will not be accepted. Once the return is accepted make a seperate purchase for the new item.

I didnt received a return shipping label, what should I do?

Thank you for letting us know! Please send us an e-mail through our customer service: contact.amoremie@gmail.comWe will send you the return shipping label again. Also take in mind checking your spamfolder, some E-Mail provider filter our E-Mails.

I have not received an order confirmation, what should I do?
Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us with your enquiry.

Do you allow returns on sale products?

We do not offer refunds or exchanges, nor do we allow cancellations or returns neither on personalized ítems or giftcards. AMOREMIE reserves the right to refuse any return at any time.
